Truly awful place, no idea why they have so high scores. Place looks grim and depressing, cables hanging loosely and stains everywhere. Been two hours of waiting due to IT problems, no offer of vouchers, discounts or anything, just an offer to reschedule at the same location.

People take time off work, pay for it themselves and pay to travel to get there, and this is how they treat you?

Used this location to sit a GIAC exam with PearsonVUE. Friendly, efficient staff and the exam ran smoothly. There's very reasonable desk space if you have an open book exam. They offered ear plugs if you don't like the AC's white noise. Easy to get to by buses from the city centre.

I was really impressed with everything about the SQL course I've just finished. Very well prepared, all materials ready, user accounts set up, guides up to date and easy to follow. Our teacher, Basit, was great, really engaging and kept us interested throughout, making everything more practical and understandable. Would definitely recommend.

The Microsoft Office course was very interesting and practical,which allowed me to learn very useful skills which I am using at work and at home. The teacher was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us learn. I recommend ITPT to anyone who wants some real, proper learning.

I have attended the CompTIA A+ course in the Edinburgh centre. I had two different tutors and both of them were very helpful.

I had classes once a week. The classes were divided into two main sections - presentation materials and hands-on experience. It was a very detailed course. I really enjoyed the second part of the course as the tutor was extremely helpful as he advised all of the students that we can come in the Training centre every working day and stay in the IT lab as much as we need to understand the material, gain knowledge and finish our assessments.

The lecturer support was very consistent throughout the whole course and he was very efficient in replying back.

Furthermore, we had access to an online materials on Moodle and most importantly, a mock exam. After the mock exam the lecturer also provided a valuable feedback.

After the course was finished I was told that I can still come and practice in the lab and prepare for the exam with no additional fee. The doors were always open at the ITPT Edinburgh centre.

I also asked for an opportunity to volunteer and finally, I was offered a job.

I am very grateful for the experience, knowledge and materials the lecturer has provided me. Thank you so much.

Do you know what? The course was free as the part-time SAAS grant covered my studied. Definitely will recommend.

This building is stuck away a bit from the city centre but plenty of buses to get you there. Its an old building but the staff are good and friendly. I went there for an exam so not spent a lot of time there. Recommended

The place could use with an update to the decor, true, but to be honest that's not why I go there. The team are very pleasant and it gets the job done, no faults there
