Absolutely disgraceful college.
My Daughter enrolled in 2023 and during enrollment we explained she has some health and learning issues which would effect her attendance at times. We were told that this would not be a issue and that once she started things would be put in place to help and support her during her learning, even if this would be working from home.
By December 2023 she was told not to come back by Mark (head of art) due to time off due to her health issues (that they hadn't put anything in place for at all or referred for relevent assessments), I have then spent nearly a year fighting, going down, countless emails, official complaints just to be ignored at every corner. Mark apparently doesn't like to communicate with people bigger then him who will fight back rather picking on the young ones and punishing them for things outside of their control (my child isn't the only person this as happened to)

So if your child does have issues and needs support I highly recommend looking at other places because the lack of support is disgraceful

Most staff are okay, student support absolutely brilliant but everything else is can be awful these days. Students are not treated like adults but more as younger secondary school students. Elevators are packed and overwhelming and to get good-enough medical proof to gain access to the private lift is really difficult. There isn't any spaces for people who are sensitive to loud noise and students are often told they are in the way of people if they aren't sitting on the busy, over-stimulating and loud sofa area all the way at the bottom floor.

The stars are mostly for student support because they are incredibly friendly and I feel like I can really trust them! They are the reason why I didnt put less stars.

August Update:
Nevermind, im taking it down to 1 star, the receptionists makes you feel like the biggest scum ever with their sarcasm and rude way of speaking. The only good thing in this college is some of the teachers and thats literally it. I would not recommend this college to anyone else. I cant wait to move on from this college as it has made me very depressed coming here. I hate being treated like a child when I'm an adult. The communication in this college is awful, half of the time nothing works. I'm surprised the rude lady with blonde hair and fringe in the reception area still has her job with how nasty she is. She always speaks to me like that. Awful so awful. I feel so unwelcomed here. One of the other 1 star reviews here speak about her too. She is awful. I'm so sorry to anyone that has non-visible disabilities that is starting here next year. Good luck.

Started this college in September. I had a resit GCSE exam and wasn't given any extra time, despite having an EHCP. I was given extra time in my GCSEs in secondary. When I approached a member of staff about this, I was brushed off and told that nobody gets extra time for this exam, as it's a November resit. Yet, when I was in the exam, there were people getting extra time. I even heard that same staff member tell a girl doing the resit that she had her own room to do it in. Blatant ignorance and borderline discrimination!

But wait, it gets worse! All the staff are rude and overly passive-aggressive. I had a particularly unpleasant experience with Sharon, the head of English. She approached me with an attitude and remained passive-aggressive throughout our entire interaction. And don't even get me started on the receptionist! They think their job is more important than it actually is. Like, calm down, you're not a key worker, babe! Constant sour face and poor attitude from the middle-aged one with the blonde hair and fringe. I didn't like that, as I approached her in a calm and polite manner.

Terrible media staff, I know students that do media at this college and every single one complains about this course and the teachers. Students have talked about their work being deleted by the teachers which caused them to fail the unit. This is unacceptable and I will take further action if this doesn’t improve. Students should be treated fairly.
