After having a long-serving computer getting very unreliable, and crashing numerous times, I contacted Matt, and he set up a new PC for me. He transferred all the material I needed, and made sure I had all the programs I'm used to.
He is very knowledgeable, and is very clear and calm in dealing with things, and has a very friendly manner.
I would certainly use him again, and I would recommend him without reservation. It's really good to find someone you know you can rely on.

Matt did a great job of sorting out all my niggly IT issues - extending wifi throughout the house, getting my aged printer working again, and resolving some Microsoft issues I was having. He responded to my first email very quickly and he doesn't give up when there's a problem to be solved. I'm hoping that I don't need him again in a hurry but I'll know where to go if I have more problems.
