The school is amazing but the headteacher picks on everyone to the point if I had an option I would have changed schools by now and its not even a month since I started. No matter how stressed you are, you can't be teaching about professionalism and then be rude to kids simply asking for help. Really dislike having my anxiety triggered during school time 🙂

UPDATE
It's been two years and there have definitely been changes to this college. The headteacher is still strict but more open minded and easier to speak to. A lot of teachers have changed and I feel much more supported and would actually recommend this as an option to anyone trying to pursue a career in computing or related digital subjects.

The college is moving campuses to London Victoria where it will be able to facilitate more students and provide better facilities for education and enrichment.

I'm keeping the original review, as I think it's important to highlight the changes that happened throughout my experience as a student.

I am however changing it from 1 star to 4. Why not 5? Because there's always room for improvement : )

I have been an Industry mentor and resource for the College over the past two years. From the outside, I didn't expect to find what I found inside on my first visit. I remain amazed in how the college has made excellent use of the space. The teaching rooms and facilities are miles ahead of what I experienced at college or later at university. I have found those pupils lucky enough to be taught in this environment to be highly respectful with a keen willingness. The teaching staff are knowledgeable and excellent to work with too. ADA is a resource that I wish I could have attended knowing now how important digital skills would be in my personal and professional development.

College is brilliant and still it always tries to improve. Teachers are helpful and the course is focused more on the actual application of information after education. Overall an amazing place would highly recommend to anyone looking to study computer science and related subjects. There is a welcoming and close community due to the college's small size. All teachers have students best interests at heart and the college's industry connections and projects really provide good experience for students as well as opportunities for further education.

If you're looking to study computer science. Ada is the college.

My son attended a weekend maths class here and I was impressed with the work attachment this collage ran. It seemed to have focused staff and are aware of what business want. He seem to learn and enjoyed his short time here. If your child was interested in maths or computers this seems like a great option.
