Very disappointing institute – don’t waste your time.
I started one certification with City & Guilds in May 2020. I studied for 4 months almost full time and I completed the course by August. From September they stopped to reply to me. I asked my reference to contact me over the phone but I never received a call.
I had to deal with their platform – very poor – and I had to invest a good part of my day for several months with zero result, it’s November now and, as I was writing, I just wasted my time, don’t do the same.

legit the worse company I have ever dealt with. I contacted them 5 months ago for my results and was told they had no record. Spent over 5 months trying to prove I did a course with them had to go to a friend in Australia to get their certificates for reference. finally they found my result but it's in UK frame work...I am under pressure for time as I am applying for PR in another country and said this numerous times. All I want to know is what my level is in Ireland as that is where I took the exam and done the course not UK or Northern Ireland...sent on another wild goose chase!!!!!! and not they want 44 pound to give me an answer...what a joke!! an absolute shambles of a company!

Me and hubby🥰 had a great trip to the city and guilds headquarters, we met city and guilds CEO (smartest man in whole of Grimsby) 👍he told us all about his favourite hobby (tasting decaying Tesco plastic bags and racially motivated hate crimes) 😜All in all it was a great trip, will be coming back!😃
