The YRTT program has been an incredible experience for me, I can see significant improvements in both my technical skills as well as interpersonal communication skills. And at the end, I think those improvements were a major contributing factor to me landing my new job with the sponsor of the program 😄

Because of the highly interactive and collaborative nature of the program, there were plenty of opportunities for group work and presentations, and with enough practice I've definitely grown more confident in those areas.

All the coaches were extremely down to earth and easy to talk to, so it was very easy for us (people in the cohort) to ask any questions we might have on any topics.

TL;DR YRTT is an excellent program for anyone thinking of returning to a tech career. The collaborative nature of the program will help you build confidence in both the technical skills as well as soft skill.
