I previously worked with Koodooweb on another website and had a good experience, and so had recommended to others who then became clients, and have also been working with them on a new website.

Unfortunately, since working with them on the new website it has become clear that their standards of service have severely declined. Simple requests have gone unanswered for months, despite myself and colleagues chasing them up, and their attention to details is very poor. Given the number of incidents it would appear to be systemic rather than isolated to us.

I used to speak very highly of them, but unfortunately I now wouldn't recommend them at all.
