This place has been on my 'bucket list' for quite some time. I traveled from New Zealand to visit - and ventured to Bristol for a day trip - from London. Well worth it, an extremely well kept and preserved example, the hangar is beautiful - offering many vantage points for amazing photos. Great to be able to get up close to the nose - at nose level, and photograph. The people working here are passionate, share a love of aviation and Concorde. Highlight of the day was meeting and talking to the team of people - who are dedicated to Aerospace Bristol, who ensure an amazing experience for the visitors.

Decent disabled access. The concorde isn't accessible to wheel chairs or scooters as it is so narrow by design.

My only complaint was the disgusting sticky child handprints on everything, we couldn't use some interactive parts as the touch screen was covered, also most of the glass.
Not the odd finger print but full on dragged handprints.

An excellent and modern interpretation of the history of the Aerospace industry in Bristol.

However, it is a rather "singular" attraction, with Concorde, the last one ever to land, very much stealing the show. The old Doclands Industrial Museum from which several of the exhibits came, had more of general Bristol Industrial history and, in my opinion, for most visitors, was more rewarding for it.

However, in all other respects this is a superb Museum in all the ways that you would want it to be. Excellent, state of the art, interaction, backed up by some of the nicest and most knowledgeable volunteers that I have come across make this a "must visit" for anyone interested in aircraft or the early social history related to aircraft manufacture.

Another striking impression that I walked away with was just how lovingly cared for the exhibits and the historic building that all but Concorde are housed in, are.

All the displays are in great shape. Knowledgeable docents. The Concorde is the star here, but also nearly every aircraft built by Bristol is represented. Good cafe too.

Most of the venue was wheelchair accessible. ♿ I even got to enter Concorde. Only a little bit, but enter it none the less. Some of the toilet doors are very hard to push, especially if you are on your own in a powerchair. Food was fresh, but not much choice for gluten free/allergies. Some lovely aircraft to see and worth spending a couple of hours here.

Great place to visit with the family you learn something new when you go there lots of artifacts and places to eat and a cafe kid friendly. The staff are very kind and can tell you facts or have a laugh with you there is a British Airways concorde that was the last one ever built next time I'm in the area will definitely go again

Awesome! If you like aviation history, full size vintage aircraft, helicopters, buses, cars, spacecraft, plus numerous displays and interactive things for the youngsters, plus, of course Concorde, then you co7ld spend a full day here. Tickets are valid for year too.
