Terrible. The course was delayed by several months, very little communication during. Once completed, they gave us the worst sponsor. They were fully aware there was no work within 100miles of the area we live.

I asked them I've emailed x amount of companies and I need work. They responded, I guess you're on your own.
The lack of communication and sheer disinterest in helping their students achieve a goal with their hard work throughout the course is abysmal.

These companies reap vast sums from the government yet provide no actual purpose.

It's now 11 months since I started and I still haven't found work.
0/10 towards Betaris and I'm thousands in debt.

I have completed 1 course and I am currently completing my second course through Betaris. The onboarding process was easy, you had to submit documents to prove who you are and where you live etc this was easy, and communication was easy and clear. The course itself was good. I received my certificate at the end of the course and looking forward to completing my next course.

Disappointed with my experience attempting to enrol in a course with Betaris Training. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout the application process. I was not informed of a deadline for submitting documents, resulting in me missing the opportunity.

Communication was unclear and overall, the experience felt disorganised. I would not recommend Betaris Training to others seeking professional development opportunities.

Very pleased with receiving a professional and very educational course from Betaris. Tutored by a friendly and knowledgeable chap called Carmine who travelled all the way from London to Norwich. The whole experience was great and gave me an enormous sense of achievement and self confidence which I believe I owe to Carmine and his efforts to guid myself and the rest of the group to a 100 percent successful pass rate.

Just wanna say that I've just completed and passed my door supervisors course at the ARC in gloucester. Andy Cole,Brogan and Mike were amazing at making you feel comfortable and explaining everything well if you didnt quite get it. Will definitely be using them again for sia training. Thank you for everything

Just done the sia course in Norwich run by carmine who travels from London he was a very good tutor who explained every thing so well could not have done it with out him hes a legend and me and everyone else who was on the course have total respect for him thanks for helping us all pass
