The 360 soft plays are some of the best around and this one is extensive! I'm driving from Bedford but it still makes a lot of sense given that my kids would play here all day if they could. It's best suited for kids under 10. Their soft play area is huge and goes up three levels (we particularly like the pretend "stage" for our performances; or the ball drop); their pretend play areas (vet's, pizza parlour, fire station, post office, grocery story, dress up) are very well set up and clearly tidied up frequently; they also have a carousel, bumper cars, a craft/water play area and a safer "baby" area and sensory room. Not to mention a completely separate outside play area with sand pit, huge climbing frame and several play houses. Then there's also ample parking, and amazing staff and you're in Rushden Lakes shopping area so there's plenty of food and shopping options next door. I found the food and drinks to be reasonably priced.

Visited here many a time with our daughter, good soft play and interactive equipment including Arts and crafts . Also a nice out door play area with trikes and scooters including climbing area. Sharing one of my favourite times at 360 play. thought I had already left a review. Unfortunately I don't think Google will allow the 7 minute video.

Absolutely great time with the kids, food was great comes hot and fresh. Bradley always a pleasure especially today thank you for comforting my son as he was injured by another child. He is ok now and like nothing happened. The staff are great all round and we will always return for more fun. Cheers guys

The soft play is fun, lots to do. However I have to give 1 star for this place. The cafe is super slow. I waited hours during the holidays for just a salad I can't believe this. Never ordering from cafe again. Either buy crisps or bring your own food. This has left me very angry. Came during easter hols.

Visited on a random tuesday as i had recently bought the off peak pass. Had a great time, really like this branch as it is alot bigger than the stevenage one. Lots to do and play with and an outside area. Was alot of fun will definitely go again.

Visited for the first time yesterday. My 4 year old loved it. The Role Play section is amazing. We had great fun in the soft play too. It's a nice size to not panic when if I lose sight of him for a second - which is great if I'm bringing my younger one too. The whole area was clean, and could see staff keeping on top of cleaning whilst we were there. Everyone seemed friendly.

My only niggle- price is high when compared to other local facilities ie Riverside Hub. There is a lot more variety for different ages at Hub for a similar price point. The baby area could be greatly improved when you see how much Hub have going on. However the Role Play section here was much better so swings and roundabouts.

Came here on a whim on a Saturday. Warning Rushden lakes is crazy busy on weekends. As you enter the estate you can turn left towards a side road that will drop you out at the cinema entrance is just before marks and Spensers
The entrance is inside the Cineworld entrance at the back on the ground floor.
You can buy tickets online or at the door. They ask for your name and childrens name with photos. This is a super security feature as upon exiting the children have to leave with the right adult. 10/10 for child safety.
Inside there are multiple play areas including dress up shops, soft play refreshments and clean facilities.
Would 100% recommend and will be back.

The staff are great! The equipment is great! Tamzyn, Tyler and Jo are always available to help. It's not just us our kids love the staff here too!

And the food is decent too!
