I recently completed some training on Mental Health with Training Now. The course was brilliant, really informative and eye opening. I am very contented with the training received and I must add that the trainer went through all information in conclusive and precise ways, covering a wide range of topics. I have also noticed that she answered patiently our queries and explained everything relevantly, focusing also on clarifying any uncertainties we had. The training was thorough, detailed and well delivered, at a pace and level where everyone could understand and follow. It was inclusive and the trainer was sensitive to the those with English as a second language, involving everyone to make it fair but fun. I came away confident and knowledgeable, and ready to take on my new role.

Poorly managed, poorly organised, poorly set up, poorly arranged, poor communications, poorly run, poor time keeping.
They say they will send things, contact on, refer to, have things done by, stick to schedules, be supportive, be available... Do not believe a single word they say.
All you need to do for the courses with them are:
Do your best, rely on no one but yourself, remember 'if you want something done, do it yourself', and this goes for absolutely everything you need to do.
Really get involved with everything, be on your toes and arrange yourself to the best of your capability.
Nag them to get themselves organised as much as possible or things will drag for literally years down the line.
Remember one of those tough lessons in life; 'trust no one but yourself', you are the only person you can rely on.

I have written this through being one of the students, sadly like some companies do, not all of the reviews left are by students but by employees.
