Great place on Ipswichs Waterfront.
Parking close by, and as a fairly new university it has climbed up the rankings very quickly.
Some individual courses rank in the top 10 within the UK
I visited recently for the BME awards, which was a brilliant experience.

The teachers are excellent and very helpful. The campus is very nice and the accommodation is new. Ipswich is a great place to live. Although it took hard work, only nice memories from there.

They have ate my money.
I thought they had online classes or some tutorial videos nothing for courses but nothing as such they only provided some course books and told tutors will help you if needed only if they wish ( only if they wish) I mean why the hell did I pay them £800 for. I have texted the tutors for help to check if they response but they haven't. Thier course books is so worst. And I realised this not even 2 days I have studied I have asked them to refund me but the student advisor told that you haven't read out agreement its not refundable mentioned they are very tricky people to fraud and take money from poor students. I asked them to refund me at least 1/3 rd of it they didn't and refused it . One of the worst University ever. Plz don't get enrolled into this humble request save your money. Specially if you are online student. I have lost all my money here. Worst decision ever made ever to take admission here and lost my all money

Needed to collect evidence in regards to a criminal matter. Refuse to engage and try and hide. Data Governance team feel interaction with the public is beneath them. They would rather innocent people hurt than do the right thing and release evidence they possess- not in any fit moral state to teach students and so please avoid

I got more help at my 6th form centre than this terrible place. Absolutely awful university, incompetent staff who are definitely worthy of their place as one of the lowest ranked universities in the country. Clearly refuse to help people struggling with course work through no advice about essay structures and just queries in general. As I said most 6th form colleges are better than this dump.

WARNING! The university allow IPSERV to run the wharf car park as a site for permit holders only, but the Ringo app used to collect payments doesn’t mention the car park is for permit holders ONLY! This is a nasty scam that has caught so many people out, with numerous reviews left on the car park on Google maps. I can’t believe the University of Suffolk and Ringo would associate themselves with these shady tactics. Watch out!!
