I couldn’t recommend CTC enough! I completed the level 3 AET course which is fully regulated by the awarding body TQUK (you can check this by emailing TQUK for confirmation if you want to double check the course’s validity!). It was daunting at the start to enrol on the course and see all the units to complete, but my assessor Angela couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave me very prompt feedback to help me get through the course quickly whilst I had motivation and always endeavoured to respond to my messages quickly. The customer support at CTC were also brilliant when I phoned them regarding an extension despite not needing this in the end. CTC have really adapted the learning materials and assessment methods to make this course accessible for all through distance learning, it was 100% online including the micro teach element. The layout of the website and the checklist boxes which change colour as you submit assignments were also really motivating for visual learners like myself who like to visualise progress being made! I would recommend to anyone doing your level 3 AET with CTC Training and I can’t thank them enough for providing this course.

Having research various training providers, I found CTC Training and looking at their reviews, their commitment to quality and value for money, I decided to do my Lv3 Award in Education and Training online with them.
I wasn't disappointed! Comms with Chris and the team was excellent throughout my learning. Assignment submissions were turned around quickly with concise and appropriate feedback.
If you are looking for a Training provider that is value for money but offers top class training and support then look no further than CTC Training.

Price is fair and ok. But I have been waiting for just one unit to be remarked to complete the course after being told that I didn't include specs of the unit (WHICH I DID)

3rd April I have been waiting since I called on the 4th April asking it to be reviewed again also left a comment on my portal also called on the 19th April to be told there is a que

I emailed today explaining that I need a update ASAP or It will mess up my plans for a upcoming course for job role I have applied still waiting on a reply. I will probably get a reply to this quicker

Overall the course is understandable but customer service is shocking !!!!

I completed the Level 3 AET course and it was great! All assignments were marked quickly. Where I didn't meet the required standard I was given good feedback so I could have another go. I'm now considering taking a further course with them.

I would not recommend this company for training. I have had numerous issues with their online system which has not enabled me to complete the course modules. This has been ongoing since 2019 and I have had to keep extending the course.

I informed the company of this by email on many occasions and they have ignored the issues and the emails.

The learning material did not open for me on their learning portal, I was told this can happen but was not given a resolution.

Upon raising a complaint they were rude and offered no resolution.

I have been now left with no option but to review and warn others. Upon telling the company I would review them, they tried to use scare tactics, warning me to be careful if I review them badly. I am unsure what they are implying by this. My response was I will give a honest review which I am entitlement to do.

I have completed many courses in the past up to degree level and have never had any issues or received such terrible training and support.

I am drawing a line under this and have lost the money for this course and will be now sourcing a reputable company to train with.

I’m sure the company will make its unjustified excuses, or even deny this happened in their normal rude mannor, however there is no excuse not to support and provide learning materials to their students or to ignore emails when there are issues.

I'm really happy with the level of support i received from the tutors. If you follow the guidelines you really can't go wrong, and if you are not sure about anything they are available via email or phone. They are patient, friendly and just all round fantastic. Can't wait to do the next course with CTC
