The food at GBK Bracknell was delicious, but it took over 30 minutes to arrive which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and apologetic about the wait, but the long wait did spoil the experience. If you’re not in a hurry but fancy a tasty burger, give GBK a try.

Great service by Patrycja, Cole and Sam I tried this place for the first and had the chicken burger with skinny fries and I would definitely recommend. I requested some changes to my food and the staff was lovely

had a really good experience!! staff were lovely, food came out after 10 minutes of ordering! definitely recommend the smash burgers they were super yummy! would go again in a heartbeat❤️

Popped in for a spur of the moment bite for lunch as we both fancied a burger.

We were promptly welcomed, asked about allergies and shown to a table and given menus.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and our orders were taken. Food was piping hot and really tasty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodating for difficult orders. Lovely location and well maintained. Table service and app alternative. Slow service when busy (25 minutes after finishing before we could pay and leave).
Good variety of options and generous portion sizes (except smallish hot chocolate).

My partner and I have visited GB k on a number of occasions and it never fails to hit. The burgers are one of the best. That we have tried and the drinks that were unlimited refills great value. our lovely femalr server couldnt do enough for us

The chicken smelled rotten. When I told the staff they all tried to avoid me and pass me off to another member of staff. Each member of staff told me that it smelled 'chickeny' and not rotten, which felt scripted.

The burger tasted quite nice but not amazing. GBK presents itself as a gourmet restaurant, however, it is just fast food at premium prices. You do not even get a waiter/waitress and must go up to the counter to order.

Thankfully me and my pregnant wife did not get food poisoning as the food was cooked through, however, it was such a horrible experience on one of the few nights we do get to go out. Save yourself some money and go to McDonald's, or spend the same amount and go to a real restaurant. If you do go, don't order the chicken! which was clearly left unrefrigerated for too long.

EDIT: I got in contact with GBK's parent company who genuinely seemed to care about the experience. They resolved the issue with a satisfactory conclusion. I believe this could have been a one off mishap which was handled poorly by staff.
