The Mental Health Awareness course offers insightful information and useful tactics for comprehending and handling mental health problems. It addresses several subjects, such as the consequences of stress, the significance of resolving unfavorable thought patterns, and the advantages of setting reasonable goals. The course does a good job of highlighting the relationship between mental and physical health as well as the importance of asking for help when needed and taking pauses. Learning is reinforced and comprehension is ensured by the well-organized framework featuring unambiguous questions and answers. All things considered, the course is thoughtfully created and provides helpful guidance for enhancing mental health in both private and professional settings.

concerning how these reviews look fake. I'm completing one of their courses now and it's probably one of the least engaging pieces of training I've ever done.

Completed online Manual Handling Training.
Does what it says on the tin. Very clear, easy to follow instruction and training. The final test/questions are reflective of the content.
Useful, practical guidance and advice that can be applied to a number of workplaces for general manual handling.

Excellent detailed training course. It was very well explained and the optional answers are great because if you have not done Health and Safety training before it will make you pay attention to what you are watching. In my case I have a vast knowledge of health and safety and it was unfortunate I was disturbed when I was answering one of the questions and my finger pressed the incorrect button, my advice sit in a quiet place so you can concentrate. I would definitely recommend the training courses by iHasco.

I found this training module to be very accessible. I usually struggle with training through videos because my verbal processing speed is low. However, I learned via the transcript and closed captions, as I am much better at learning through reading. I found the course very informative, and it has given me a set of questions to ask about my duties as a Fire Warden.

The course was simple and easy to understand, anyone who will take the course will definitely understand everything. It is short and yet very informative, this means that you won't get bored watching the videos and you will get enough information to keep you safe and healthy at your work environment.
Yes, you might think you already know everything, but I promise if you do the course you will get more crucial information that will save your life and others around you one day.

A very good refresher course for me. This one could do with being sent out to all drivers, new or seasoned. The roads would be a safer place.
