Ignore formal complaints, threatening legal action for a service we have not used after merging to Alto and leaving VERY QUICKLY due to lack of service, poor customer care, ignored emails and telephone calls, members of staff being called thick by supposed trainers with PSG group. If you want any service at all ignore Alto, Jupix or anything owned by ZPG or PSG horrific service.

Attending training last week which was brilliantly delivered. We use the systems at my place of work and staff are always there to help if we encounter any problems. The system itself is good and really resourceful!

Good system but if you have any enquiries it can take up to 4 days to get an answer... Used to be great after-sales service, but unfortunately not now..

Please see a passage from an email received below...
Due to the volume of clients we have to work on, cases can take up to 4 working days to be looked into.

This hinders business when you have clients needing it sorted now..

It was excellent when it was 1st introduced, we were able to speak with people at Jupix and get help and it was all very personal...now it has been bought out by Zoopla and i'm afraid that service is no longer. I just tried speak to someone, after searching for a phone number i just got a message basically saying "look it up" or "leave us an email".
The system itself is excellent...as for customer service, not so much, but then i'm old school and like to speak with people.
UPDATE: I emailed my inquiry and had a response within 30 minutes.

Looking for a software? * DON'T LOOK HERE! *

All you will find is terrible service!

I have been overcharged without an explanation.

I was overcharged in November 2018 and requested to get a call back and sent many emails in the mean time and made many phone calls. I was told the "accounts department" will get back to me but till date no one has.

It is now March 2019!

STILL NO CALL BACK!
