I had enrolled for the Python course. The course was much better than I had hoped for. The structure, contents & the training style was much better than a few others elsewhere I had attended. Though it was an online course, I found it easy to learn and actually understand the course material much better in comparison. The transcripts were also very useful for reference later. The tutors were super helpful and accommodating. They always ensured that every person was listened to, and made sure each person understood the material, allowing time and repeating the explanations if necessary.
I have now found good employment since the course, though it is not quite relevant to the course, but nonetheless a good base to have to make it easier to advance in the area of the course subject.
It was certainly a very enjoyable time learning with Purple beard. And I would certainly take up another course with Purple Beard, if I ever needed to.

If you are looking for a career change or a great start in your professional life, I would strongly advise to enroll in the Data Analysis with Python course at Purple Beard as they take you by the hand and teach you from zero knowledge to being able to work in the field in only 3 months.
The staff was very helpful and Divine was a great tutor and managed to lead the classes in a perfect manner, explaining the content clearly and in a good pace.
The career is very promising and it seems that currently there is a lot of job opportunities for Data Analysts, and the Purple Beard staff will also help you find them.

I recently completed the Data Analysis with SQL and PowerBI course at Purple Beard Ltd, and I must say it was an exceptional journey. Led by the knowledgeable instructor, Adi, the course covered essential topics in depth. Adi’s patient guidance helped me grasp complex concepts, and the 1:1 sessions were invaluable for my project work.

The team at Purple Beard goes beyond the classroom. John’s employability sessions prepared us for real-world job applications, and the supportive staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes. The only minor hiccup was the impact of bank holidays on class time, but overall, it’s been a fantastic course.

Great experience so far , I nearly finished the last chapter and it was a hard journey but is worth it . The teacher one of the best and I was lucky enough to have amazing colleagues and help each other when needed . The course is intensive , no time to breath sometimes but its for 11 weeks so worth the effort. Weekends we have to do assignments and during week day we have to learn , so indeed you need around 12 hours per week to study otherwise i can be difficult to understand. I would recommend anytime Purple Beard

The course started off well enough, the pacing was good and everyone was showing up to each session ready to learn and engage with the tutor. By the end of the course, myself and one other person were the only ones to see the course through, all the other 15 students had slowly dropped out of sessions never to be seen again. There was good reason for this, as the course progressed far too quickly and the pacing was completely off. I felt overwhelmed by the content and what we were being asked to to do (essentially build a website using React with only 4 lessons on).

It was a shame, as I wanted to see my project through, but it felt as though the course leader just wanted to get us over the line - it felt like someone trying to teach you to swim, then a month later expecting you to swim the channel and then half way across, just when you’re struggling to keep a float, they up and leave you in the middle of the ocean.

That being said, it was an interesting course, but I wouldn't get your hopes up on thinking it will be enough to help with a career change. If anything, I left that course feeling less confident about my coding abilities. After all, it’s a huge subject, which is why people study this at university. You won’t learn enough to be able to progress into a new career, but you will get a great introduction into coding!
