I've been going to F45 for nearly 3 years and I've visited many studios in Asia and UK. I absolutely loved visiting this studio in Warsaw. The coaches and members were so friendly. I would love to go back and visit next time I'm in town

I have done a number of fitness classes, from 1Rebel, Barry’s boot camp, orange theory, etc. By far it is the best studio. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. The trainer was so knowledgable and supportive. 5 stars for sure!

Honestly, I love this whole different gym concept & the attitude of the place. My number one gym in town for bodywork, visible results & just cool vibe. The concept is well suited and oriented for results so it feels like training with a personal trainer. Worth the price.

Training in F45 is a kind of investment for me 🙂

I really like the community and how we cheer up each other during the training. The trainers are so cool and the whole team just so helpful and respectful. I feel the difference in myself after sometimes and I'm happy for that.

This is quite possibly the best place to get a good work out in. The trainers are friendly and help you get your form correct when training so you get the best results. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking to lose weight or just keep a healthy lifestyle.
