From the first day I walked into the Boston Audi garage, help was offered straight away, so kind and polite, arranged for me to test drive very quickly, talked me through everything and kept in contact with me about updates which is the key for me as I don’t like not being in the loop.
I was personally dealt with by Monica Taylor and I can’t give her enough praise for going above and beyond for me, making the complete process so stress free and enjoyable, I actually looked forward to the appointments as it was always so friendly and always over a coffee ?
Thank you Boston Audi for making my experience with my new Audi Q3 an enjoyable one.
I would definitely recommended and will certainly be dealing with them again in the future

I want to say a big thank you to Jacob who dealt with my sale. I walked in one day to browse their selection and was given 3 options of the car I liked (Q5). I was also given a quote of my car as a trade in however when I did not agree with the offer I was encouraged to use an app called Motorway where I did end up selling my car. Anyway I returned and purchased the car I loved. The car had some scuffs which they were happy to remove, and also put a new set of rear break discs and pads as they were on the lower side (however still sellable I am just fussy on times). I also ordered a new plate and they said they'd fit them for me no concerns to bring it back when the new v5 arrived. I purchased an all in package at a discounted rate for MOTS and Servicing. Any other queries I have had Jacob has only been an email or phone call away. The staff there are all so lovely, especially a gent (whose name we didn't catch, so apologies to you Sir) however he made us laugh and spent ages speaking about football which my partner loved - we hope you and your wife enjoyed the lionesses.
All round, this was a great experience with some very professional and knowledgeable staff. Fully recommend ?

Had a wonderful experience at Audi Boston. Jack was very helpful throughout, never felt pushed to get extras and finished the sale very quickly!!

Able to negotiate on price and appreciated being able to part exchange for ease. Enjoyed the test driving experience, was out in a car within 10 minutes of walking into the dealership. Was offered various prices on new and used cars, once I said I was not interested in extras this was never questioned or pushed further, which I really appreciated.

Certainly was a good first experience of purchasing a car myself, enjoyed the conversations we had with Jack and felt at ease throughout. Looking forward to visiting again at the end of my PCP.

The sales team had a lovely, relaxed approach that felt refreshing. There was no pressure at all.

We were given the opportunity to test drive several cars and had ample time to make the right decision. We chose a beautiful Audi TT, which we collected last Monday. It's such a fantastic car!

Additionally, the coffee was great, and Christine and Shaun at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. If I could give this fantastic dealership 10 stars, I would!

From start to finish of buying my new car the customer service was flawless. Never had a problem with Boston Audi over the years but the service was even better this time around. Huge credit to a member of the team Mr Marshall Booth, he was brilliant throughout the entire process! He was professional, polite and made you feel at ease. He got the little things right which as a customer is important and how he treated my 3 year old on collection day was outstanding - definitely in the right job.

Picked my Audi up last month and the guys over at Boston were so helpful. They put the car under a sheet in the showroom and let me uncover it, which was a lovely touch.
They showed me how to set up the my Audi app and went through the controls of the car. Great bunch of people!

We recently visited Boston Audi to facilitate the routine servicing of my A3 and found the experience, from arrival to departure, truly outstanding!
Upon arrival we were treated with the highest standards of customer care. Courteous staff provided respect, a warm welcome and went on to make us feel as though our custom really mattered.
So often these days, businesses fail to get the basics right and it is so refreshing to find car dealership employing quality staff who are true ambassadors for customer care!
As such, I can't praise the team at Boston Audi highly enough and will definitely be adopting this particular dealership to fulfil any of my future Audi related needs.
