Professional and situational/person-centred training, tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and flexible to ensure the training needs of all staff are met. Training was provided by friendly, knowledgable, qualified and experienced trainers who engaged effectively with the carers and who tailored their approach to meet the different experience, knowledge and skills of those carers. I was introduced to cherry training when I moved to my personal health budget to complete some training for new staff members.
Organising the training was quick simple and very smooth. They kept in touch right up to the training date to ensure that they tailored the course to include everything the personal care assistants do in there day to day job.

They did not try and tell us how things should be done, but rather guide us and inform on how to do things in various ways or a better way.
