Thought I’d try out CrossFit having never done it before. I am currently doing a 28 day trial and really enjoying it. The workouts are fun but challenging. I’m learning new techniques and having some olds ones corrected. The groups are small and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend giving CrossFit Chain Reaction a try. I will definitely be joining up after my trial.

Very disappointing. Workouts are incredibly repetitive, the warmup is usually the same, never tailored to the workout and the owner/coach doesn't actually coach/teach. Just stands there with his hands in his pockets, occasionally briefly explaining a movement but not really correcting it.
Workouts start before everyone's arrived, no inquiries about injuries or limitations, no real sense of community, but they'll happily take your money.

Such a warm and friendly box run by two of the most welcoming owners I’ve met. I had a really good time during my drop in and will definitely be making the effort to return the next time I’m in MK. Best Box in town!
