Best decision I made. Working with Jay has been life changing! The knowledge and science behind body and movement and understanding client capabilities pushes you to your best performance without any injuries. I had PT with Jay for about 2.5 years. Jay is very knowledgeable, patient and knows his stuff. I have always been into lifting weights but Jay taught me so much more. Jay would program my workouts every week for face to face and also give me workouts to do at home. All we very structured and the difficulty in the workouts was alway just what I needed. Jay also does online coaching which I did too and they were always done to what I needed for every workout. I would definably recommend Jay for PT or online programming as his knowledge and understanding of health and fitness is second to none. Also he coached my son who plays football and all his workouts were programmed to help with his fitness for football. All programmed to the ability of the individual or what sport they were working towards. Jay come highly recommend by me.

Jason is an excellent fitness expert and trainer. I followed his content for a while and decided to sign up - in the weeks that I have been training, I have already noticed a marked improvement in my physical fitness and form despite working out myself for many years before.
Jason listens to your specific goals, likes and dislikes of exercise and arranges his programme accordingly. He is very knowledgeable and always gives balanced advice. I enjoy training with him and am moving in the direction I want to go with his support and guidance!

Jay is a really knowledgeable PT who took the time to understand me, the way I operate and my reason for wanting PT sessions before diving in. Each session is different which I love and he has patiently adapted many sessions on the fly to accommodate random ailments, not to mention been flexible with sessions themselves when needed. As a 44 year old woman, I really appreciate his calm, no fuss, non-pushy approach to my fitness and wellbeing and I like being in the gym without others there. To top it off Jay is a really genuine person who I feel has his clients' best interests at heart.

I fell in love with triathlon several years ago. From books and videos, I taught myself how to do it, but being quite short, I had to find a way to get faster, more strong and powerful, improve my form in the three disciplines, and most importantly, injury prevention. Everywhere teaches you how to be a better swimmer, cyclist, or runner, but really good strength and conditioning coaching for this sport is difficult to come by, despite being so important. I needed proper guidance, structure, and accountability to improve. I found Jay through a friend and never looked back. Every event I do now, I'm beating my previous best, improving my fitness levels all the time, and what's most fun is that I'm overtaking people much taller (and younger) than me at 48 years old. He's had such a positive impact on one of the most important things in my life - my health and fitness, that he was even mentioned in my husband's speech at our wedding earlier this year.

No 2 workouts the same, never boring, always challenging and you will get results. You will learn a new way to train ....and you will want to keep coming back for more.
Jay is not only my PT, he has become a massively valued part of my family and my friend.
He should probably be charging me double rates for all the additional life coaching he provides at my 1 2 1s!
