Really good place to go and the hot chocolate is delicious BUT I had to give 3 stars because it is far too cold in there, for the people not taking part you’re literally sat there freezing cold, I could visibly see other parents sat shivering with there coats on and a hot drink. You need some good ceiling heaters for the seating area.

What a great place!. Thoroughly enjoyable for children and adults. Just describing our experience from start to finish I felt really welcomed. I loved that when we arrived, the young lady greeting us acknowledged the kids and spoke to them directly. Loved the engagement and her attempt to hype them up.

The place is laid out well with plenty of seating for parents who are just watching. The whole vibe of the place is really positive; there are clearly some young people here who are passionate about making it an enjoyable experience for everyone.
As little 5 year olds, some activities should have been out of reach but the staff supported our boys to fully have the ninja experience. Throughout our time there the staff were encouraging them to try different things and suggesting new ways for them to have fun.

I was able to wander around with them and take pictures, not feeling like i would be told off for not having socks on or not being allowed in because i hadn't paid to be a ninja. It was a great start to the holidays for them and sets the bar high as far as expectations of customer service and a great kids experience. Thank you very much for making my children and I welcome and ensuring they had a great time. You've got a wonderful team there.

Great activity for children and adults too. We came here for a work do and we had a lot of fun. There are three different levels, the first one is relatively easy to do. For the second and third level you need to be a bit fit to complete them. There is also a big inflatable obstacle course which made all of us feel like kids again. Great fun.

We visited yesterday, with 8 children to celebrate my son’s birthday. The kids had a fantastic time! All of the staff were brilliant, including the manager. They were friendly and helpful. Their customer service was faultless. We all ate in their cafe too and the food was delicious. Would 100% recommend!

Our first visit, will definitely not be our last. My 9 year old daughter and her friend loved it. They loved trying to run up the walls, great that they have three with varying difficulties. A good sized course and an inflatable section. The food is decent, we had pizzas and there are plenty of soft drinks including slushies, the usual cans of pop and coffee. The table was clean and the briefing was informative and refreshingly short. If you and your family want to burn off excess energy this is the place for you. Fun! Recommended

All the family enjoyed ninja warrior.The health and safety video was quick and easy to watch .it was harder than expected actually but fun to try and challenge yourself .Only problem I found was kids just running in front of the activities you’re doing which could end up someone getting hurt and was very busy with kids running in front of the high wall when you’re about to run to it ,other then that it was brilliant and would definitely do it again .

Lots of families! Restaurant busy but no long waits. Doesn't seem as spacious as the Watford one. Extra seating upstairs from where you can view the fun!

An excellent place for a team social. We had a private hire and Wayne and Rhys were awesome hosts. The place is well looked after and clean. Definitely recommend for team building!
