My mentor, Sharon Hind, was equally supportive, providing monthly check-ins to ensure everything was running smoothly. Her consistent communication reinforced my confidence and motivation throughout the apprenticeship.

Thanks to ITEC’s structured approach and the dedication of their team, I successfully achieved my qualification and have secured a full-time position with the company where I completed my apprenticeship. I highly recommend ITEC North East to anyone considering an apprenticeship, regardless of age. Their commitment to educational excellence and personalised support truly sets them apart.

Throughout my digital marketing apprenticeship with itec, I learned a lot about working with others and how to apply different skills to my job which I may not have otherwise known. Used ITEC's meeting room in January as a location for an off-site meeting.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was good sized and nicely laid out. Heating was brilliant and the huge screen was very easy to use! Refreshments were always topped up too. Would recommend as a brilliant meeting spot for a change of scenery.

I had an IT technician put through ITEC and found them to be fantastic. The engineer passed and they were really supportive.

We were welcomed into this lovely venue for an offsite meeting today. Everyone was great, kept us topped up with refreshments, and always on hand to support with any needs. Room and facilities, including huge screen were brilliant. Definitely recommend.
