One of the few uni to have all buildings on a single campus, has been vastly added to over the years and still has more new buildings planned for 2025.
We did the recent open day and was hugely impressed.

it's one of the best university experience that I had till now. trust me guys, Teesside University has got so much to offer that it would probably take more than a lifetime to explore and utilize the full potential that the university has. I am overwhelmed with the people over here. specially the library, which is one of the best in UK. Here are few pics of the library.
also, I am from computer science background, so that's why, I can say about the CS faculty in this university.
trust me, it couldn't have been more better in any manner.

From my own experiences this is a great university if you choose to attend it. The expansion efforts and what they have to offer is 5 star!! It’s just unfortunate that they care little for the residents in the wider area. Yes meetings have been offered but no follow up with a date or time. Starting building work at 6.15am with heavy duty machinery just isn’t acceptable or even legal.

Living close to Teesside University I see it multiple times a day. I've watched it grow and expand for the past 35 years. When I was a child it was the the polytechnic it gone from stegnth to strgnth.

A first-class institution that is always pushing forward to offer both students and staff world class facilities. Has invested massively in new buildings in Middlesbrough, turning the Southfield Rd area into a welcoming, pedestrianised, environment which looks amazing!

If you are an international student please avoid this university no matter how tempting it looks the markers are tutors in most courses are extremely bias even if that is where most of their salary comes from save your money and your worries somewhere else. The whole diversity and anti racism campaign is a money grabber. You can be one of the best in class and they could still nitpicked you and they will be a lot more lenient to the locals. If you don’t believe this have a look who are spending most of their time in the library or compare their assignments with people who happened to be local, it will be similar and they can still be marked down. You will also have tutors and staffs being very passive aggressive or outwardly rude towards students who happen to be a person of colour. The only staffs that are nicer here are the ones who works at the gym. Even the counselling is a joke because the lady who is working there is not fully qualified where she talks over and misdiagnoses people.
