I joined Jo’s team when in an endless cycle of carbs and sugar just to get through the day. In just a few short months she’s supported a huge lifestyle change. With relatively little commitment, I’ve managed to set myself up to make better diet choices. Her intimate gym classes have helped me build strength in the most fun and supportive environment. I was very nervous of exercise after surgery and having been poorly for a few years so I looked hard for a local, knowledgable coach with individual and small group sessions. Jo is AMAZING so caring, understanding but gently pushing you to not only be your best but feel your best. I was strong before I was ill and never thought I would feel that way again or enjoy exercise so much. She creates such a fabulous community all supporting each other driven by her. She is incredible and goes above and beyond for everyone she works with and supports. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel so well, supported and strong.

Starting training with Jo Martin a few weeks ago was one of the best decisions ever. As a menopausal woman feeling weaker and achy from desk work, I was worried about joining a gym but Jo’s training has been actually life changing - I am stronger and fitter and all joint aches have gone. I actually really enjoy the sessions and look forward to every one.

I have known Jo for several years and honestly wouldn’t trust anybody else now with helping me to get in shape, but also the right mindset to just look after myself. I joined Jo’s six week challenge, mostly to help keep me ‘in a zone’ of just paying attention to how I was treating my body and spending my days. Jo worked out my calories, which were not some brutal drop, just a compass to how maintenance or maybe a bit of weight drop could happen. The group sessions were genuinely fun-I don’t say that lightly as for me training in front of others doesn’t usually appeal.

I’m in a time of my life where my confidence and body has been shaken by hormones, age etc. But Jo made me feel welcome, seen, and visionary of what improvements I could make with my lifestyle. I can highly recommend Jo to anybody who wants to visit/re-visit getting their confidence and fitness back.

I took part in Jolene’s ‘6 week step challenge’ and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jo shared her tips on diet with lots of recipes for high protein meals, snacks and smoothies. Jo also tailored gym sessions to my specific needs after asking what I wanted to achieve through the 6 weeks. I can confidently say that after the 6 weeks I feel fitter, stronger and happier, which is credit to Jolene for keeping me on track and providing all the resources I needed to achieve my goals.

Jolene is a great PT coach and I would highly recommend to anyone of any level!

Jo is such an encouraging coach. Always getting you to challenge yourself during training sessions, as well as being available to her clients on the phone if we need extra support. I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions - even when i ache for days after!
