I’ve really enjoyed my time as a Business Admin Apprentice with City Skills. The program is a perfect balance of learning and hands-on experience. I completed my CIPD level 5 and HR Consultant apprenticeship with City Skills. The CIPD course was very well put together and delivered in an interesting and engaging way. I had no previous experience in HR before starting an apprenticeship in it, and the CIPD level 5 course was very comprehensive and taught me the theory behind my work to help me become better at it. My facilitator was very helpful and I really appreciate the direction that he gave me to achieve my apprenticeship and CIPD level 5. I really have felt supported by him throughout and also by the City Skills team when I had some questions about the EPA process.

I have just completed my HR level 3 CIPD with City Skills and I can thoroughly recommend them as a training provider. My development coach Louise Satchell was absolutely fantastic, she was warm, supportive and provided excellent help and guidance through the classroom sessions. We also had regular performance reviews to discuss how the apprenticeship was going. Louise was always helpful and contactable. I found the sessions engaging, informative and enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed completing my L3 HR Support apprenticeship with City Skills. The online learning sessions with my cohort were fun and engaging and I had a brilliant teacher and supporter in Louise. I highly recommend City Skills as an apprenticeship provider, they made my experience enjoyable and I'm really pleased with my final results!
