An excellent, well presented course. The instructor, Phil Gallies, had a huge amount of experience of teaching in a number of different environments, and seemed to have a story or anecdote for every occasion. He was very encouraging to everyone on the course. Overall - recommended!

Had the Paediatric 1st Aid Course with trainer Martin Smith on the 7th at Angel, and he was an absolute brilliant trooper. He was hilariously welcoming, sufficiently covered all areas and left everyone feeling confident about what they had learnt.
He was very engaging, extremely helpful with those whose first language wasn’t English, and most importantly he taught in a way that one left with applied knowledge for the workplace. Not one boring moment!

The course was very well run including multiple relatable and relevant anecdotes. The assistance was welcome when trying to perform the techniques correctly. The chance to use mannekins felt useful if the technique had to be applied in an emergency scenario. I feel more confident as a result of the course to handle an emergency situation. Thank you Trainaid and I may well be back in 2022 depending on circumstances.
