I’ve been through some bad experiences with online platforms, but nothing quite compares to the terrifying ordeal that was Educake. I wish I could say this review was merely an exaggeration, but the events I’ve encountered during my time using this platform were enough to send shivers down my spine.

At first, the website seemed harmless enough—until I attempted to actually use it. The navigation was an immediate nightmare. The pages lagged, links took an eternity to load, and when I finally managed to open a quiz, it was often interrupted by the screen freezing or an entire section of questions disappearing. On one particularly harrowing occasion, I was in the middle of an exam when my screen blinked black for a few seconds. When it returned, all the answers I had painstakingly chosen were gone, replaced by cryptic error messages that made no sense. I could feel my stomach drop as I realized the quiz hadn’t been saved. It was as though the platform had erased my very existence from it, leaving me in a digital void, helpless and unheard.

The content itself was equally disturbing. The questions were not only riddled with errors but seemed almost intentionally designed to confuse and mislead. I remember trying to study biology, and one question on plant reproduction had options that mixed up terms from completely different biological processes, creating an impossible puzzle that didn’t even align with the basic principles of the subject. The feeling of dread when faced with these nonsensical questions was overwhelming. It was as though I was being subjected to some sort of twisted test where the answers didn’t matter, and there was no way to succeed.

But the most horrifying part was what happened next. After hours of struggling to get any meaningful work done, I decided to check my progress. What I found was truly disturbing—my profile had completely vanished. Every test I had taken, every answer I had submitted, was gone. In its place was a chilling message: "Account Suspended: Please contact support." It felt like I had been erased, not just from the platform, but from the very fabric of my educational experience. Panic set in. I tried to log out and back in, to no avail. I attempted to create a new account, but the system rejected my email as if it had never existed. It was as though Educake had wiped my presence from existence altogether, leaving no trace of my efforts behind.

Desperate, I turned to customer service, hoping for some kind of resolution. Instead, I was met with an automated reply that felt eerily cold and impersonal. It instructed me to check their FAQs, a response so disconnected from the nightmare I was living through that it felt like a cruel joke. I followed up multiple times, only to be ignored or given the same empty, soul-crushing responses. One email even suggested that I "clear my cookies"—as if that would somehow bring back my account, my work, or my sanity.

Things only got worse as I continued to try and use the platform. One evening, I was in the middle of revising for a critical exam, when I clicked on a quiz that was supposed to be relevant to my subject. Instead of the questions, I was greeted by a blank screen that flickered erratically, as though some dark force was preventing me from accessing my materials. I waited in the stillness, the seconds stretching on, my heart pounding in my chest. Then, with a deafening crash, the website logged me out—and when I tried to log back in, the page was completely blank. It was as if the platform itself had swallowed everything whole, never to be seen again.

Pretty great app, It has a neat design and good infrastructure. It's quite easy to use and I have never encountered lag/glitching issues. It could use a bit more AI tools as answers are often very "logically" decided. Similar words with equivalent meanings are marked wrong since the system works so linearly. It needs an AI revolution but for what it is, its quite good.

My life before using this terrible website was fine, but as soon as i logged in I almost cried at the sight of 100's of questions. I thought this must be a joke, how does this website even allow teachers to do that. Truly horrifying. also WARNING it will explode your device sending parts of your phone (or device u are using) flying everywhere at the speed of light, smashing windows, plantpots and even chopping trees down. mr beast isnt happy. thanks.

If i could rate this website 0 stars,I would. I was once a happy student, living life to its best, going out seeing friends and then a deafening sound came from my phone. Educake quiz. I click on it and tell me why it says 219 questions. I think to myself this must be a joke so I do not do it. I enter the class and I get the look and my teacher asks me, why did you not complete the homework. Im sorry, EXCUSE ME.

Life used to be simple. Stress free leaving me to be. Until the day came. This terror of a website was introduced into my life. Nothing was ever the same. Everything became monotone, dull. There's no point to life anymore.

Trying to make educake even function how it is supposed to is a challenge. The answers dot even work half the time, I mean when I answered palisade cell to the question "What plant cell is found in leaf" I got the question wrong.

Overall, Educake is incredibly outdated and requires change
