Upon completing my court required course I noticed my driver license number was incorrect. I emailed to have it changed and I was quickly contacted by Jordan. They solved my issue in a timely matter and updated the court. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know, Thank you!!

I picked this course because it was one of the cheapest and I needed a course for a discount with my insurance.

I was very surprised and I learned valuable information. Not only did it save me money with insurance, but it made me change my perspective about driving to be a better and safer driver.

I highly recommend this company for Florida's senior mature defensive driving program. It is very easy online, (phone or laptop), and it was easy to achieve my certificate.

Great price, easy to follow on line course. No hidden extra fees at sign up! I accidently entered my DL incorrectly so my certificate showed an error. I emailed FEDS and Jordan responded in less than 5 minutes at 9:45 on a Saturday night and corrected my information and emailed me my certificate.
In a world where it's hard to get a fast response from a website, FEDS responded to my issue immediately!!!!

Excellent staff! Very friendly and supportive. Jordan helped me throughout the course and submitted certificate urgently to county, inspite of my completion time after 5 pm.

I procrastinated taking the course until the due date and there was an issue with electronic submission of my certificate of completion due to an out of state Driver liscense. The FEDS team quickly addressed the problem and emailed me the certificate that I promptly submitted to the county court just in time! They also followed up the next morning with me. Great customer service is rare these days and now I won't have those nasty points on my DL. Actually the course content was excellent too!

This is the cheapest and the most accurate driving courses that I have ever taken and when you call the customer service line they actually take action and are pretty fast with their service as well so it's not just the online thing where you can't get in contact with anybody I choose to use this any and every time they're very knowledgeable and this is the best online driving course that I use every time. Thank you Jordan for being so fast with changing some of my inaccurate information that I submitted you are the best.
