Dr. Roundtree held a workshop for our Teen Leadership PBC cohort at a high school in West Palm Beach. The teens loved the DISC assessment as Dr. Roundtree presented it in an engaging and inspiring way. This tool was a great way to promote self-awareness, one of the cornerstones of leadership.
