Michelle is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer, so much so that I run a weekly session with her online for my community. She’s great at pitching the work outs at the right level for her customers, but at the same time pushing them to reach their goals. She also understands how nutrition and emotions play a huge part in our physical well-being. And on top of that - a wonderfully kind and funny human being! 👍🏻

I have been on a fitness journey with chelle for a while and started out for upping my general fitness. From the first meeting at consultation to completing sessions chelle was professional, caring about her client and accomidating to all my health challenges, adapting routines and exercises to suit. Chelle has great range of knowledge and gives good advice about anything I may have needed to know regarding fitness and nutrition. I love that my 1 hour sessions are one on one with chelle, having a preplanned session organised by chelle ensures we make the most out of the time we have. Every session varies so its never boring and lots of fun. Chelle is passionate about her work with her clients, really encouraging, supporting them to reach their potential, celebrating my personal goals when reached. Chelle is a really positive and friendly person to be around and despite having my own issues with mental health I always feel really positive when at a session and after. It really boosts my mood for the rest of the week.
I had a break from sessions for a year due to health but returned to chelle this year after being diagnosed with M.E and fibromyalgia, chelle has adapted fitness to suit this change and I have found that my health has improved significantly mentally and energy wise just from having 1 hour a week session and boy do I feel a difference if I miss a session ( due to me). I feel low in mood and doing any task during the day is harder than usual. I also was diagnosed with eating disorder and chelle has given good instruction and guidance and I am now able to eat regularly in the morning which was impossible for me to do previously. Chelle is a gp for exercise referral qualified personal trainer which means chelle can help people with existing medical conditions and help with rehab. I have personally benefited from this. Dispite still having challenges every day with fatigue and pain and discomfort, chelle has really impacted my life in such a positive way and I would not be where I am with my fitness and health without her.
Just to add, chelle is also an inspiration, not only does she help me with my journey she also works for a cancer charity, helping with boosting people fitness and being a champion raising money for the cause. I feel in good safe hands and would highly recommend chelle not as a personal trainer but as a genuinely kind, down to earth and highly caring person.

I love training with Chelle!! I started 1-1 sessions at Adrenalize because I needed some motivation to get back into exercise after taking some time out. From initial consultation I felt excited to get going as Chelle tailors the plan to your goals as well as the things I enjoy. Training has never felt like a chore and I always look forward to our sessions. You get a great workout and a good giggle at the same time. I’ve now moved to the online plan and having the 3 sessions set out each week has been a massive help in getting me into a routine again. I love training with Chelle but what I love more is seeing the changes in the mirror and the measurements going down.

4 years ago I tried out Crossfit. Let's just say, it didn't go very well.

About 6 weeks after that, I bumped into Chelle - I told her about my experience, and she suggested that I go train with her. And boy, am I glad I did!

I was out of condition having not done any real exercise for about 20 years (other than the aborted attempt at crossfit, mentioned above) and had already decided to change my diet, but Chelle worked with me to start training, and to sort out a diet plan in a more focussed way.

4 years later I regularly exercise. My weight has dropped a bit, but more importantly I have shifted fat and put on a bit of muscle (not too much - just enough). More muscle automatically burns more calories so a bit of snowball effect kicks in. My goals were not so much to loose weight but to build strength, get a bit of shape and have stamina - a good level of fitness.

'Chelle sorted out a programme, where I went to her well-equipped studio and worked on various areas of body (upper body, lower body, back and core) for strength and shape, also doing CV work for the general fitness. Some sessions blended - others more focused. Chelle also does progressions over 4 week groups of sessions so you can see your strength etc. improving. Periodical check-ins for weight (if needed) and body measurements show measurable progress (as well as picking up bigger dumbells or heavier weights on bar / kettlebells). Well, all that and a general feeling of well-being and being more alert, active, happier. It's nice also that people started saying "You've lost weight "or "You are looking good". Which is always nice to hear!

Chelle is very experienced and one of the best qualified trainer in the area. She is always VERY focused on you in sessions: demonstrating very clearly, watching your form as you do the exercise, adjusting and amending as required. Full focus on you during the time you are with her. Also changing things up so different things are tried, making things more interesting.

With the covid situation, we were for a time not able to do studio work. But Chelle was able to put together a plan on her online option. I am lucky to have some equipment at home and after a chat I was able to put all that to good use, with Chelle following up and being available through the app where the odd questions arose (and encouraging when feedback on the session sent to her!). But even if I had no equipment, Chelle would have been able to put together home online sessions for me using bodyweight etc.

As of this week (as I write this), the studio has been opened up again. So I have transitioned to a blended plan: 2 sessions online / at home and 1 sessions a week with 'Chelle. It is a brilliant, fab-value compromise... well that is the wrong word, solution really... so can get focused one-to-one time, use equipment in the studio, but also the convenience of doing work at home using the excellent online app that is used to plan, conduct and record the sessions at home.

I really can't recommend 'Chelle enough. Knowledge, focus, expertise, all done extremely professionally but with a smile and a laugh (very often!).

Loving working with Michelle. I've done one 12 week plan and continued with an aim to stay for the long term. I'm doing her online programme and we check in regularly via her great app and zoom. After we chat about my goals and how I'm finding the workouts, she sets my plans for 4 weeks. Then we check-in and repeat. It's meant the workouts are fresh and enough of a challenge that I can see and feel the benefit without feeling the urge to put it off. In fact, with just the right level of support that Michelle gives I've managed to miss just 1 workout (of 3 per week) in 16 weeks, which I'm thrilled about. If you're looking for support, accountability, great workouts and a cool app to help you keep on top of things, then do give Adrenalize a go. 🙂

Trainer 'Chelle is awesome. She helped me and soon to be wife kick our butts back into shape in a safe, no shame environment. She listened to what we liked and what we didn't and I'm not saying she got rid of all the hard workouts but she did adapt to ensure we felt comfortable enough to come away sweaty and buzzing from the workout!
She also has good taste in music... I cannot recommend her enough. She now offers online courses for social distance personal training!

If you need an online PT you can't beat Chelle @ Adrenalize! I approached Chelle as I travel for work and needed a way to work out in hotel rooms with no equipment, when there wasn't a gym. We discussed my goals and she put together a programme of 3 workouts a week. I never thought I would enjoy it (or manage 3 workouts a week), but she adapts when I can't manage an exercise due to lack of balance, or if I just don't like it and it puts me off. She checks in regularly on the app, and offers hints and tips. She has also adapted the whole programme for Covid-19. I am so happy with my results, my increased motivation and there is definitely a spring in my step. I cannot thank Chelle enough. Pick Chelle!
