I visited Pitman training to take one of my AAT exams today. It was my first time visiting this centre and I was very nervous for my exam. However, I was instantly put at ease and greeted by two wonderful members of staff.
The experience I have had with Pitman training today was brilliant, I will be using the Warrington centre going forward for the rest of my AAT exams.

What an amazing team at Warrington!! I had a few issues booking an assessment but they went above and beyond to get the problem sorted especially lisa!! I can’t recommend enough!

I am so disappointed with Pitman Training. I thought they are professional organisation but it feels now like some scam business. They advertise themselves as providing study courses, but it is impossible to get in touch with them on the phone. How can I trust that once I start studies, they would be there to guide and support if they can't even call you back.
First, I sent an enquiry via their website and never got a reply. A month later I phoned them and an agent took my details and said someone from Warrington office would call me back. I waited for 2 weeks and noone called me back. I phoned them again and told what had happened before so an agent took my details, name surname, email, home address and said someone would call me back eirher on the day or next week. AGAIN NOONE DID!!! It is disgusting. Stop advertising that you are providing courses and waisting people's time. Top level incompetence.

The form with available assessment dates and times is excellent - booking was really straightforward. The office is friendly, lockers are readily available and assessment room is comfortable. The only possible drawback with this place may be the stairs for a few candidates, cant remember if there was a lift or not. I have used other AAT assessment venues but I will definitely be returning to take the rest of my assessments here at Pitman in Warrington.

I have been sitting my AAT exams with Pitman Training Warrington since 2017. I have always found them very helpful and courteous every time i have needed to book in for an assessment. On one occasion when i went to sit an exam there was some confusion as i wasn't on the list for that day but within waiting 20mins they had me sorted and sitting the exam. They couldn't do enough for me. I would reccommend them to any of my friends without hesitation. I was there on Tuesday 21st to sit my Management Accounts and Costing exam and Lisa was really helpful.

Pitman have been great from start to finish. From calling and asking for advice to starting the course and the calls to check up on me etc have been top notch. Hybrid learning is the way forward. I would look to do another course with Pitman Training in the near future. Thanks of having me and yayyy for the Distinction.

I have recently studied with Pitman the Liverpool location and I can't thank them enough for their support. Lisa an her team are all ways on hand to support you and answer any questions ?. They are so quick at getting back in touch with anything you need. Also it was a little bit daunting going back to studying as an older student an they are all very patient and make you feel extremely welcome when going into Pitman training. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to study with Pitman and especially with Lisa and her team in Liverpool.

Took my AAT exams here in December. I have not sat an exam since leaving school and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The people that run the centre were organised and helpful and allowed my partner to wait for me as we had driven a substantial distance to get there. I would recommend anybody who is taking their exams to use this centre. Thank you for your kindness and support
