Lily- Rose Hopgood-Smith at Wiser Academy helped me pass my Cert CII with shooting colours. After what happened in the beginning, I lost all my confidence but with weekly sessions with Lily going through the modules, she really did help bring me back on top form. I will never be able to thank her enough for everything she has done for me and for helping me achieve my Cert CII. If it wasn't for her adapting her teaching ways to what best suited me and not giving up on me, sticking with me in the hardest of times and persevering pushing me each time to achieve success, I wouldn't have been able to achieve my Cert CII. Lily is an exceptional trainer and Wiser Academy are lucky to have her. I am also very lucky to have had the pleasure of being taught by her. Although it was a rocky start and things didn't go to plan, i do highly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone willing to give it a go.

The training with Wiser Academy was delivered with professionalism, consideration and a real desire to deliver what we wanted to learn. Lily-Rose Hopgood-Smith Was amazing with her support throughout my Cert CII qualification. There had been several interruptions throughout my course and she took control of it and made sure I got through. I historically don't perform particularly well with exams but she was so supportive and helpful and I managed to pass first time on all modules.

Part way through my course, it was taken over by Lily-Rose (Hopgood-Smith) to ensure all requirements are taken into account to my personal circumstances. She is a pleasure to have as my tutor. She is always up for assisting me when i need. From this i’ve just passed my CII IF4 module within just over a month since starting.

Harissa was my assigned tutor and without her help, I don't think I would have achieved and gotten through the level 4 as swiftly as I had done 🙂

I have had an excellent experience with Wiser Academy. Everything has been so efficient and I feel like they do really care about you and what you are achieving.

My trainer Liz has been amazing, she has provided me with support and fantastic learning material throughout the process which has been really interactive and engaging. She always checked up on how I found the lessons and tries to cater for everyone which is lovely. She is also just a genuine person which makes it even better.

I am now officially a CERT CII! thank you for all the help and support!
