Absolute horrible company. Their courses are poorly put together, and when caught out, they get defensive, and very rude. They don't value customers. And they are a poorly run company, headed by Craig Stables who admitted straight out that he doesn't value customers or their money. Just a heads up to anyone considering this company, Ofsted no longer requires the "qualification" from these courses. Training can be done in house by management. This way you will save money and get better quality education.

Unfortunately our company left on bad terms with this company. We had a concern about a test question, which we tried to address. Unfortunately Val their head course writer doesn't care for feedback and their manager Craig only reinforces poor practice.
I will add for anyone else thinking about training providers OFSTED state they do not approve any training providers, as long as your staff team reflect their safeguarding criteria. noodlenow courses are basic and make sweeping statements.
I will say Craig has offered to refund our invoice pro rota for this year, as he said our money was no concern to him.
