We have used Direct Training for many years for First Aid courses, Manual Handling & Abrasive Wheels as we feel it is much better to have personal interaction for these particular courses rather than online courses.

Ricky and the team are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and make the courses an enjoyable experience.

I have just attended a two day First Aid Refresher Course at Direct Training. The course was really well delivered and the trainer Ricky was entertaining, engaging and informative throughout which kept the learning process interesting! I feel that the course has allowed me to brush up on the vital First Aid skills I had already learned from Ricky on my course with him 3 years earlier. The centre is also a friendly and welcoming environment which adhered to the Covid regulations well and we even had lunch ordered in for us both days which was a really nice touch! Thank you and see you again in 3 years!!!

I spent the last 3 days here doing my First Aid Training and enjoyed it throughout. It was my first time doing something like this so was quite nervous but Ricky gets you involved and I soon felt at ease. Some great advice given and learnt some valuable life skills. Would definitely recommend.

I attended a fantastic Emergency First Aid at Work Course with Ricky recently. The training was very professional, the information was well presented and the theory was clearly demonstrated. Just had my first aid refresher. Ricky and his team are amazing. 2 days worth of interesting incites from a very knowledgeable instructor who made it very enjoyable and fun, in a COVID safe environment. Jokes and lunch are all included in the price along with loads of tips on keeping COVID safe. 11 out of 10

Great training day for my first aid. Started the day a little nervous but left very confident with what I was tought. Covid rules followed to such a high standard. Ricky the trainer was top notch, (jokes not so much haha) overall excellent delivery of high standard information. Would definitely recommend to anyone or any company. 👍
