I have worked with Darren and his team for over 8 years, in that time, I have moved down south, started a new business and relied heavily on Fifty21 to help keep me busy and the work flowing in. There have been times like in COVID when i couldn't afford the services, and as loyal as I have been to Darren he has shown that right back, without Fifty2one doing some periods of time for next to no fees, I am not sure what I would have done. What is plain to see is that they care, it isn't about money and what they can get from you as a client, they have no contracts for anyone, they work hard to ensure you don't leave and support you no matter what you are going through. There is not enough people in business that care that way and I will forever be grateful and a client of Fifty21 and Darren. Don't take my word for it on a review here that can be faked, go and ask their clients directly, you won't find a genuine negative comment from a client.

There is no accountability or a structure to what they do. It’s almost impossible to get updates from them and they consistently miss meetings and deadlines.

First class service from Darren, Raegan & the team. The results speak for themselves - 2024 year to date - volume of bookings and revenue up 50% compared with the same period in 2023!!! As an SME I prefer dealing with other like minded people - I find it really easy to deal with Fifty 21, nothing is too much trouble and they call a spade a spade, which as someone with not much technical knowledge is exactly what I need. They also listen - I know that should be a given, but how many companies do you deal with who miss the brief? Looking forward to the next stages of the project in 2024. Thanks again!!!

They said my website needs rebuilding to grow and I agreed for them to do so. So they deleted all the unique content which was built in years and created a hundred of pages with exactly the same text.
We started to fall immediately and Darren fed me with stuff like "its just a fluctuation, trust me I know what im doing" for few months.
Still trying to fix it. Nightmare!
