Please be kind enough to answer emails and phone calls… How can i ever recommend if even as simole as email queries and phone this company was unresponsive… The certificate still pending after finishing all the final assessment. No one answer queries… and i hope my real name is printed well.

Very Very Poor Service, after completing over 28 modules in Diploma in health and social care NVQ 3 , My certificate came out with just my first name, i have sent in countless of emails for them to rectify my name to my full name to this guys, no one seems to care to reply email , their phone number is always directed to voice mail , it is very urgent that this error is rectify , please answer emails and calls

Worst service ever!
I gave them full details still they cannot track my purchase. Contacted over email, online chat and phone calls but different answers from different person. No corrdination among team members. Passed stressful minutes for them and complete loss of my money though it is only 26.99 GBP.

No sense of customer service at all, poor technical and business service knowledge.

Like the Overall Course .Finished on my own pace .Mock and Final Test Questions were easy.I did not get what I expected as I had technical experience on my final so I had to pay for my second final test.I wasn't happy with my result,even though I passed .When I saw the answers after my test I was surprised to see anwers that I did not put.I don't know how.But I will go for another course and recommend it to a friend who might be looking for one.
