Spoke to someone on the phone and then came into the shop to view hotels. I spoke with Becky in the shop who was incredibly rude. Instead of explaining that the average price was above our budget for where we wanted to go she basically told me that isn’t good enough. There were other people in the shop and I felt incredibly embarrassed. Also wouldn’t look at any of the airports I’d said we would fly from.

Scored as 1 as I never actually got to fulfil a booking. I have filled in your contact form twice. The fist time nobody bothered to call me to discuss my holiday requirements. The second time I had a call the following day, you asked me further questions to look at putting a package together and then nothing - no call. That was over a month ago. I was very disappointed as have heard such good things about you and never experienced it for myself. We have now booked a holiday through another agent.

I'm sure you can get deals other places too but the friendly welcome, personal staff recommendations (for and against) not to mention these guys charitable donations are just a few reasons why I won't go anywhere else to book ✈️
