I attended this school for a large part of my academic career (from Y7-11). I am now currently studying a top degree in a top 5 Russel Group University. I still speak to my wonderful teachers today even though having left the school in 2020 and still feel supported and mentored by them to this day.

The school is top-notch when it comes to extra-curricular activities and being involved in creating top students. Through my involvement in the school, I have had the opportunity to start-up two businesses with people I met in my school years and through mentoring and guidance by the teachers. I also have been able to represent the country in my sport.

There is a high level of coaching and teaching at the school, which I am ultimately pleased with and has put me where I am today.

Very pleased with the school so far after moving my son in the last term of y8 last year. He is very complimentary of the teachers, has noticed that the head is very present and hands on and says that the children’s behaviour is much better than his previous school. Therefore he is happy as he feels safe and seen in the school.

This incident isn't from my experience but rather my brother's. Two delinquents roughly a year older than him physically assaulted him and that exact day my mother was in the school. She described my brother as having cuts scattering across his face with blood dropping out his nose. So if you are a parent that is considering to put their children her, DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN IN HERE!

I had a good time here. Even though some improvements could have been made during my time in here from 2010 - 2012. Regardless they made some adjustments, even helped during evening classes and prepared us well for the University. Appreciated that they had allocated a day and some periods solely for extra-curricular purposes. Teacher were great and colleagues alike.

Teachers are racist, favour certain individuals, are rude, don't listen to students, mock and bully pupils, make inappropriate jokes regarding students making them feel uncomfortable and uneasy, would not recommend your child to go here absolute disgrace.

Great school with fantastic pastoral care - lovely nurturing environment. Staff really care and want students to do their best as well as ensuring they are prepared for life beyond school.

Honestly the absolute worst school I've been to. The students misbehave constantly and shout homophobic and racist comments. They will not tolerate an autistic person as they will literally harm you as much as they will.

Additionally, the teachers will do absolutely nothing about this whenever you report a student, so sometimes self defence is the only option. And defending yourself only results in you getting into trouble, because "you should have gone to the teacher". The victim gets into more trouble than the person who actually started the trouble.

This school is hell, do not recommend to anyone.
