The college is very good. It’s a massive campus with lots of students attending. It has 2 canteens where students can eat in.
The classes are pretty big, but it does get crowded in some.
The tutors are alright, they’re friendly to students and try their best to teach.
The students in the college are alright as well, they’re very well behaved and no major conflicts tend to happen.

I would recommend this college to anyone looking for a good college to go to. It’s pretty good.

I did a remote course and found that work was not marked promptly, a change in tutor was not communicated to me and emails went unanswered. For those reasons, I won't bother completing a course with LSEC again.

Stay well away from this college, they are very misleading and take your money without refunding, they will tell you that a course is 1 year and ends up being 2 years
The teachers have a very bad attitude! It's almost like they don't want to teach you
The class room has a very cold atmosphere
The plumbing teachers do not acknowledge your presence they really do not care if your there or not,

tried to submit my work, told i my course tutor would speak to her manager and never heard anything back and that was almost 6 months ago.

given my submission was late, as an adult learn you'd think the college would understand that other things are going on. i had a plan to do a few courses there, but that will never happen, rather allow the government to give their money to a college that actually cares.

not a great college. i only attended because i didnt want to have to do a-levels, and the college has an overall bad support system and constantly understaffed

This college is a waste of your time. If you want an actual Education you should not even blink at this college. Most of the Teachers are useless and unhelpful and most of the time they have no clue what they’re doing. In my most important year of college we had zero support from teachers and when reported we were brushed off completely. This college is the worst college you could ever send ur child too

Do not study here waste of time principal is power crazed along side all the other staff that work here. Also if you want to be a half decent Biomedical Scientist do not study there foundation degree programs taught myself 85% of the time. Paid £6000 a year lectures were below par along with all the other aspects of the course which looked like a 4 year old made the power point slides my lecturers taught from. Given the quality of the teaching LSEC also treat you like your a teenager i got yelled at rudely for walking into college for wearing headphones and they say oh its part of our policy for good learning really? even though your a mature student support from the college was also awful. Virtually not existent approached them numerous times about help with employment after i left but was turned away rudely by the staff telling me to get on with it. Do not waste your time on there Foundation degree programs study your degree directly with UOG . The LSEC Brand as a whole has a level of arrogance. Really makes me wonder why there is staff shortage... There... Worst two years of my life here do not waste your time.

Experience with Beauty and Hair department.

I had a full body massage there the other week for the first time. I thought the lady that did my massage and lady on the front desk were very professional and the massage waa good. I wasn't as sure about one of the area's next to us: Sounded like the students were mucking around and not taking the session seriously, only when the lecturer was popping in. Definitely made this experience seem less relaxing.

In regards to the salon, I haven't had my hair done. My appointment for cut and colour has been cancelled 3 times and I booked up the original appointment ages ago. I feel for the department, if exam details and changes are getting to them late, but it also isn't great for external people experiencing the college for the first time.

I'm not retired and can't just change up appointment times at the drop of a hat. From my experience so far, I can't see me returning anytime soon. I like reliable services that don't let me down and this is not the experience I have had here (even my massage was reschduled before I came in).

The massage wasn't bad so I've given this 2 stars, but on a service level, not good at all.
