At first I thought this would be too good to be true, considering it costs £13 directly with Companies House. Anyways, it was 99p only so gave it a shot. To my surprise it was the best punt ever. The service is amazing, so quick and efficient; that it saved me so much time and money as I had to register two companies.

Naomi was great, she helped me via email (no messy dashboard) to setup the company and emailed me all my documents within the day.

In terms of ongoing support, they are great as well. They provided me with my Companies House filing number and constantly scans and forwards my mail for free.

Great service and all for 99p, couldn't asked for something better.

Looking through the list of company formation companies recommended by the Govt website they all had very similar offers and then i came across 99p company formations. Obviously a scam but for 99p how could i not give it a try. What i found was the opposite of a scam, it is simply a great and efficient business who understands give to get marketing so will give you a better service than the 120 pound formation companies for 99p for the opportunity to present their brilliant accountancy services to you. extra services are no obligation but a quick chat with Ben had me convinced and we have been in save hands ever since. brilliant business which operates the way it should be.

It was reliable, efficient and very good value. They have answered my questions in full in a timely fashion. I ended up with a dormant company and there is a cost to change the SIC code, so look it up first. Other than that it's really great.. Recommended!
